Alberello "tondo" / Simple "circle" Christmas Tree

Un'ideuzza veloce, per chi ha a disposizione un punzone di quelli a cerchio scallop. Io qui ho usato il Circle Scallop Punch di Stampin Up.

Il sistema è semplicissimo: dopo aver marcato il centro di un cerchio scallop tagliare con una forbice delle fette con la base di un numero decrescente di scallops.

Il punch di Stampin Up ha in tutto quattordici scallops, che possono essere usati tutti per un alberello molto alto.

Infatti se partite come nella foto, con una fetta larga da cinque scallops, la seconda da quattro, poi tre e due, arrivate a quattordici...

Potete punzonare diversi cerchi da cartoncini in diverse sfumature di verde, e mischiare i colori, alternandoli nella forma o formando alberi in sfumatura.

Per fare il mio chiudipacco ho composto l'alberello e l'ho attaccato, usando un punto di colla in cima e due quadratini di biadesivo spesso nella parte bassa, ad un pezzo di bianco fustellato con una fustella Spellbinders (Labels 1) su cui avevo stampato la cornice coordinata (Waltzingmouse Stamps, "Labels 1")

Poi ho tagliato un pezzo di cartoncino rosso stampato in inchiostro rosso (VersaColor "Cardinal") con un timbro dal "Secret Set" di Waltzingmouse Stamps.

Un avanzo di cartoncino verde passato nel folder da embossing "Finial Press" della Sizzix fa da contrasto sullo sfondo.


A quick idea for a Christmas Tree made using a punchie from the Stampin Up Circle Scallop Punch.

Mark the center, then cut out with a cutter or scissors slices of different size counting the scallops. You can achieve a taller tree if you use all the 14 scallops of the punchie, cutting pieces of 5-4-3-2 scallops.

You can punch different shades of green cardstock and mix and match the colors, or you can stamp a white punchie with one or more background stamps, using colored inks of your choice.

Once the tree is complete give it a cone shape bending it or curling with a bone folder, then attach it to your card using a bit of snail glue on the tip and one or two dimensionals on the bottom center.

In my gift tag I stamped a frame from Waltzingmouse "Labels 1" set in Cardinal VersaColor ink on white cardstock and I cut it out using my Spellbinders "Labels 1"

The red cardstock is stamped using a stamp from Waltzingmouse "Secret Set" and cut using the same Spellbinders dies. The green scrap is embossed with a Sizzix "Finial Press" folder (Stampin Up).
